Returns Policy

We make sure the customer is 100% pleased. Your satisfaction is our priority. If the item you purchased from us is still brand new and never been used, you may return it for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements are followed. There is a 15% re-stocking fee apply to all returning goods. You are responsible for return shipping fee and paying customs duty.

Return Shipping: We do not reimburse return shipping cost (the cost to send merchandise back to our store) If an item you received is not defective. If you received defective, please contact us immediately. We will definitely replace the item with a new one by quickly ship you the replacement product at our cost. Additionally, any broker fee, customer duty, and our shipping charge are non-refundable. By purchasing products, you agree to this policy.

Returning Items: Please send us a message through our website or contact us by phone to get instruction for return. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. popup drain, mounting kit, strainer, cutting template, etc.), and all instruction paperwork. Any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. Your refund process will be delayed if any of these conditions are not followed. Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to us.
