ShippingCustomers will have their item shipped within one or two business days after payment is cleared, normally sooner. No shipment on weekend or public holidays. All shipments will have track numbers and will be provided to customers upon shipment. Basically, we use FedEx Ground as our carring service. However, express shipping is available upon request and extra cost will be added. Please contact us via e-mail for these services. Local Pickup is available, please contact us to make a pick up appointment after the order is placed. A physical address is needed for shipping. We don't ship to P.O.Box, APO, FPO address.
International Orderskitchensinkvancouver.com ( unicplus.com ) is happy to accept orders originating abroad as well as Canadian orders shipped internationally. They must meet the following criterion. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges on top of those indicated in your total purchase. You will be contacted regarding the final charge, at which time you may confirm or cancel your order. International orders usually take 5-30 business days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. we assume no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country.
Sales TaxAll orders shipped within Canada will be charged sales tax ( 5% GST ), or ( 12% - 15% HST). Sales tax is calculated base on the total price including shipping. No tax for International and USA customers.
Order CancellationShould you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you would be required to refuse delivery of your shipment. A cancellation fee of 15% along with applicable fees and shipping charges will be charged to your account. You must contact us to get our permission before you cancel your order.
Warranty And ReturnAll items sell at kitchensinkvancouver.com ( unicplus.com ) are guaranteed to work as described. All defective products will be replaced within one year ( from the date you received the item ). Under the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defected product. The Warranty does not apply when the item has been tampered with, misused, improperly installed, altered, was damaged through abuse or accident.Due to the nature of the plumbing products and accessories, we cannot resell any return merchandise which had been installed or used. Under these circumstances, we cannot take any returns UNLESS the product is defective. So we can only offer return privileges if an incorrect item is shipped or an item is received damaged or defective. All items are returned must be in brand new condition or never been used. Please contact us via e-mail within 3 days of receiving your item, we will help you with that process. A refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check within 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any instance.
